Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 1 - Parties

Buyer Information

The name, address, phone, and email information declared by the buyer during the order process shall be taken as basis.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the buyer from www.pulchrani.com. The buyer declares acceptance of the basic qualities, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product.

Article 3 - Product Information

All information including the type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, and sales price of the product is available in the order confirmation email and on the product page of the website. The VAT-inclusive sales price is specified on the order summary page.

Article 4 - General Provisions

  • The buyer accepts that they have read and been informed of all preliminary information regarding the qualities, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product, and has given the necessary consent electronically.
  • The seller accepts and undertakes to deliver the product completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
  • The seller is responsible for the delivery of the product to the buyer, and any damage or loss occurring until delivery is the seller's responsibility.

Article 5 - Delivery Conditions

  • Products are delivered via Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • Delivery time is 1-3 business days for dispatch after order confirmation, and 1-3 business days for address delivery after dispatch.
  • Legally, the product is delivered within 30 days from the order date.
  • Free shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery is made to the address specified in the buyer's order form.
  • If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible if that person refuses delivery.

Article 6 - Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through the PayTR payment infrastructure. Single or installment payments can be made by credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Troy). Your credit card information is encrypted by PayTR and is not stored by the seller.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
  • For products that are subject to a single order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last product.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the seller via email or phone within this period.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For defective or incorrect products, return shipping is covered by the seller.
  • The product price will be refunded to the buyer within 10 business days after the withdrawal notice reaches the seller.
  • The product must be returned to the seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice.

Article 8 - Products Excluded from Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared according to the buyer's requests or clearly personal needs.
  • Products that are perishable or may expire.
  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned (due to hygiene requirements).
  • Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.
  • Periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines provided under subscription agreements.
  • Services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Article 9 - Return Conditions

  • Products to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Product tags must not have been removed.
  • The original or copy of the invoice must be sent with the return.
  • Returned products are inspected upon arrival, and approved returns are refunded within 10 business days using the same payment method.

Article 10 - Default and Legal Consequences

The buyer accepts that in case of default on credit card transactions, they will pay interest at the rate determined by the cardholder's bank. This rate is subject to the rate specified in the relevant bank's agreement.

Article 11 - Competent Court

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding this value. The buyer declares that they have read and accepted all articles by approving this agreement electronically.

Article 12 - Effectiveness

The buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon order confirmation. The seller obtains confirmation that this agreement has been read and accepted by the buyer on the website before the order is placed.
